You may not submit fraudulent applications, impersonate others, provide unlawful or exploitative material, use content involving minors or nonconsensual material, distribute malware, scrape or interfere with the website, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or seek unauthorized access.

9. Account and Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their accounts and original content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Application materials give us a limited right to review and process those materials for evaluation and communication.

10. Intellectual Property
The Picture Mint Fox Studios name, website design, logo, written content, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

11. Third-Party Platforms
We are independent from OnlyFans, Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, and other platforms. Their availability, policies, suspensions, payment processing, and technical issues are controlled by those third parties.

12. Communications
We may contact applicants about an application via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Standard message or data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop communications.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or specific results.
